CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY

Please follow these steps in order to successfully book your lessons.

1. Log into your Acuity account. The link that says “Log In” above the appointment types below will lead you to the log in page.

   • If you are have not yet created an account please create an account.

   • You can create your account by clicking Register for an account while viewing the confirmation at the end of the booking process. You need to create a password, agree to Acuity's terms of service, and acknowledge Acuity's privacy policy. Once you click Sign up, you're ready to start using your client account.

   • If Birchwood has booked lessons for you in the past, you can click Change/Cancel appointment in your confirmation email to reach the confirmation page, where you can register for an account.

2. Book one time or recurring lessons with your teacher.

   • If you are booking a one time lesson, please use the "Drop-In" lesson option. This will charge you separately from your subscription.

   • If you are booking recurring lessons, do NOT use the "Drop-In" lesson option.
