FAQ

Our subscription model works one month at a time. We will save your spot through the end of the current semester, however, you are welcome to pause your subscription at any time.
When you sign up for the weekly option you get 4 lessons per month. When you sign up for the bi-weekly option you get 2 lessons per month. Any unused lessons roll over to the next month. If there are more weeks than you have lessons during the month you can either use a rollover lesson, book a drop-in lesson, or take that week off.
If you need to miss your lesson please do your best to give us more than 24 hours notice. If something comes up last minute you get one cancellation up to 4 hours before your lesson time per month. Any cancellations within 4 hours will be considered a no call/no show and you will not be able to reschedule. If you cancel more than one time within the 24-4 hour period per month you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be given for any reason.
Yes we do! We offer two big studio recitals per year and monthly open mic nights at Black Sugar Caffe in Round Rock. We also do several community theater productions of full shows throughout each year.
